Silicone for HR foam/Silicone surfactant XH-2837

Kort beskrivelse:

WynPUF® from TopWin are all phthalate free and can provide very open foam. The surfactant has better balance in the cell regulating and stabilizing. As silicone surfactants for high resilience mold foam, it should have the three following requirements besides the universal properties of surfactants.

• As the automobile mould is becoming more and more complicated, the system material should have better flowability.

• In the process of foam production, there must be reasonable pressure in the mold for the convenience of demoulding and the safety of production equipment. And furthermore, foam products must be easily crashed by force or vacuum after demoulding. This requires that the silicone surfactants have good cell regulation and reasonable stability. The foam products not only have excellent surface and sub- surface, but also be easily demoded and crashed.

XH-2837 is equivalent to Y-10366, L-2112; B-8790; DC-6070; DC-1328 in international markets.

WynPUF® XH-2837 is non-hydrolyze silicone surfactant, designed specially for TDI or TDI/MDI based HR molded foam applications.

● XH-2837 is high potency surfactant, not only have high bulk stability but also provide good stable for flow ability. So, the foam produced with this surfactant has better skin and sub-skin.

● Even at low use-levels, resulting in fine, uniform cell structure.

● Suitable for TDI or MDI/TDI mold foam formulations. In some MDI system with higher water level, XH-2837 is with less level can also has better performance.

● XH-2837 has very low VOC and fogging value, and it’s free of phthalate can meet the demand of car industry.

WynPUF® XH-2837,  usually suitable for TDI and T/M system, and it suggested use-levels range from 0.4-1.0 parts per hundred polyol. In some MDI system, the dosage can be 0.3-0.5.

Pakke- og opbevaringsstabilitet

190 kg trommer eller 950 kg IBC

WynPUF® XH-2837 should, if possible, be stored at room temperature. Under these conditions and in original sealed drums, has a shelf-life of 24 months.
